ok im back, I weighed the same, exactly 192 and then I threw up a SHIT ton again and took a shower and brushed my teeth. So I don't know how much I weigh now. But PE is still intense so I have that as my workout, and I don't eat at lunch really other than like a bite of a apple. And I've been feeling really sad all weekend and today. so with the thinspo will be some other stuff, just a cutting warning. stay cute, stay chill, and stay original, I will talk to yall soon buh bye!! <3

Thats the price for hip bones and thigh gaps i guess
ok so I had to restart the 20 day challenge to today. I only had 800 calories, and then I overate and drank too much juice in my opinion, so I felt suuuppper bloated. Therefore I went and turned on the shower, played loud music, and threw up till I saw little white lights and blood in the toilet, and I felt completely empty. I can tell the difference, my stomach is a bit smaller. OOOHH and I weighed my self yesterday, 192.2 pounds, that's the lowest I get to, then I always gain back, so im hoping the throwing up put me lower, or back at the weight. im going to do my workout later today, and during the week I will have two workouts, the one at school, and the one at home, so twice the calories lost hopefully. im going to weigh myself probably tomorrow morning before I leave for the bus stop, or tonight. if I do it tonight I will try to tell ya guys. By Halloween, 41 days, counting today, I want to at least be in the 160's, and if this challenge works, hopefully it will happen. My throat kinda burns, but that's the price for hip bones and thigh gaps I guess. I feel a little bit lighter so that's too. My birthday is October 2nd, and the party is October 4th, so hopefully I can avoid as much food as possible on those days!! Ummm, what else, oh yea, I still haven't cut technically, but I did scratch at them to cause pain, and punch my self and throw myself at the table corner, so yea I still self harmed, but I didn't take a blade to my skin, that's improvement!!! Comment what you guys want, or just comment in general, so yea buh bye!!!As soon as I get my weight I will tell ya, and here is some thinspo until then, stay cute, stay chill, and stay original <3

Well I already almost failed, my sister came home from college to visit, so we all went out to breakfast, luckily today is the 800 calorie day, and I got something that was only 800 calories!! and I got a ton of water, so today has been decent, all I need to do now is my workout, but that for later, and then I have the rest of the day to do whatever! comment what you guys want to see or hear about, I didn't get to weigh myself yet so sorry, but I will in a little bit, I promise. stay cute, stay chill, and stay original <3 here is some thinspo to keep ya going for a bit!!!!

Hai :) this is my plan for the next 20 days!! I hope it works...
Ok so I figured out what im going to do for the time period. its called the 20lbs 20 day challenge.
starting tomorrow, im doing this, and I have a workout plan im doing for it, but I also have PE at school, which believe it or not is REALLY intense. This is the workout plan though that iwill do at home though!!
25 sit ups
50 crunches
1 minute planks
35 minute cardio
30 jumping jacks
15 push ups
Stretch for 3 minutes
I will also do weigh ins every morning, if I can, sometimes I cant cause I might be late for school if I do. Umm, what else.... OH im 3 days clean with cutting, yea, not that great of a accomplishment, but good enough for me. Well that's it for now, here is some thinspiration to keep ya going for a bit!!! <3

First Day
ok so this is my fist time doing one of these, im going to most likely post a morning picture or a afternoon picture everyday if I can, it will include my weight, and if I've grown my height. Well, a little about me is im young, just going to say that, I actually am overweight, I self harm, im bi-sexual, don't like that? then buh bye!!!! Ummm, I didn't eat for a month once and only thing I noticed was I felt lighter, and lost weight FAST. it isn't hard for me as long as I don't think about it. as of this morning I weighed 195.2. I know, fat. Just tell me what you guys want, like, what I should post, and um, BIG trigger warning for some, depends on how easy your triggered tbh. im not encouraging eating disorders, or cutting or any of that, im just trying to find a way to mark my journey and show people it is possible to get to a lower weight, even if you don't believe in yourself. I will be posting weight loss tricks, and exercise tips!! So, see ya later, my next post will be pretty soon, but heres some thinspiration till then :) vvvv
